Liquid Flow 2000
Optiflo Diaphrahm Pumpa radical departure from conventional air operated diaphragm pumps Kelva has solved the problems inherent in conventional AOD pumps. How? With revolutionary new technology that has been incorporated into the latest innovation – Liquid Flow 2000

With the new Liquid Flow design we have succeeded in reducing the drawbacks of conventional AOD pumps such as heavy pulsation, stalling valves, cost of spares, noisy operation, downtime.

Thanks to the ingenious frictionless pivoting valve (FPV) and flexible diaphragm suspension technologies we can now offer less downtime, reduced operational cost and reduced sound level and much more.

  1. Reduced downtime
Minimum of parts - serviced in minutes
    On-line design
    Doubled diaphragm life
    Long life check valves
    Foolproof air motor
  2. Reduced spare parts cost
    Prolonged diaphragm life
    Low cost, long-life check valves
    Frictionless pivoting valve
  3. Reduced pulsation
    Patented Flexible Diaphragm Suspension (FDS)
Overlapping diaphragm movement - diaphragms not
    fixed to each other
Patented air motor system - pivoting valve technology (FPV)
  4. System design flexibility
Self closing flap valves – pump works in any position
  5. Non-stalling air-motor
Operates with any type of air - dry or moist, dirty or oily
    Self cleaning
Unstable, frictionless pivoting design prevents the motor to get stuck in a deadlock
  6. Reduced sound level

IP Series pumps with single and double outlets
IP series pumpThe IP series, our new range of double acting, pneumatic diaphragm pumps are specially designed for pumping flexo and gravure ink, glue and solvents. The ingenious twin inlet and outlet system gives the opportunity to both fill and drain with only one pump.

The IP series comes in two sizes capable of a flow range from 0 to 70 litres per minute, offering versatility for a wide range of applications. The IP series offer a compact, low pulsation, easily built in design with turnable inlet and outlet ports.

The IP series of pumps are explosion proof and certified according to the ATEX directive.

VP pump range – classical diaphragm pump series
IP series pumpThe VP single-acting diaphragm pump series are the classical KELVA pumps that have been sold to the graphic arts and packaging industry for over 30 years. With thousands of installations around the world you can rely on a well proven technique and dependaple pump serie. Pumps equipped with a Quick Through Valve (QTV), makes it possible to reverse the ink flow through the pump allowing excess fluid to be brought back to its container. VP pumps are available in three different sizes capable of a flow range from 6 to 18 litres per minute.
